That's just not nice.

This is a popular adult birthday cake! (this particular cake was for a golfer, but you wouldn't have to use the theme- just use grass) There's actually a hole in the center of the cake, & you can see the little guys body in it, in the picture below. I got smart after making this cake 4 times, and now I pipe the body in royal icing days before. That way, I can just stick it to the side of the hole & pipe the head & arms of buttercream.  The candle is available in 30, 40, 50, & 60 years old, and I think without an age, too.

By the way, this can be done on a sheet cake, too-
