That's just not nice.

This Birthday Girl was 'into' dolphins, in a big way! So, I found a clip art dolphin, put him on the cake in buttercream, and made some waves. Literally. I loosely piled white & a couple of shades of blue buttercream in a big bag, along with some blue-tinted piping gel that had disco dust stirred into it. Then, I just piped big swirlies out of a large star tip to try to get lots of texture & motion. I also used some of the sparkly gel to do splashes & drips, and to accent the bottom border.
