Please Note: The cake pictures posted in these Photo Gallery pages were baked, iced & decorated by me, Tracy Brown. You are free to make any of these cakes yourself, either an exact copy or with any changes you see fit to make. You can also print out a copy of the picture for your own reference. HOWEVER, you are not free to use the photos of my cakes on another website without identifying them as mine, with a link back to this site.
That's just not nice.

Don't you just love it when you get the chance to do something REALLY colorful?! I really do. I was given the napkin to go from, and tried to make the sides of the cake match the border. I chose to ignore the Tiki Dude, and go for the florals instead. The large orange & yellow flower on top is a hibiscus, and the white ones on the corner are orchids. I had the orchids, made out of royal icing, left over form a demo I had done quite a while back. Keep those royal flowers, you never know when they will come in handy! I piped the hibiscus out of buttercream right onto the cake, using a tip #104 for the petals & a cut bag for the center.
