That's just not nice.

This cake was for an 8-year old friend of mine, Andrea. She is WAY into horses, swears she's a 'cowgirl', and thinks she can buy a real one for $100. I baked the main cake in a pyrex bowl, and then made a 'singles' bell and a 3" round. The bell cake I used for the nose, and the round I cut up & pieced in for the neck area. The ears & bottom lip are chocolate wafer cookies, iced. For the butterfly, I printed out wings from a clip art program, covered them with contact paer, and stuck them into a buttercream body. I got the idea & instructions from Birthday Express.com, Check them out, lots of great cakes there!
Here's another Prancing Pony cake. The main differences are that this new one has a nostril, a color-flow butterfly, and a different flower necklace. Oh, and it was for an adult...
