'Better Than Sex' Cake
(Pineapple)

1 Yellow cake mix, and ingredients to prepare*
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/2 C. sugar
1 (4 serving) box vanilla instant pudding
2 C. milk
1 (8 oz.) tub frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (3 oz.) can flaked coconut
1 C. chopped nuts

*Prepare cake mix as directed on package; bake in a greased & floured 9x13" pan at 350°, following package time directions. Cool in pan 25 minutes.

Simmer pineapple & sugar for 5 minutes. Poke holes in cake with wooden skewer or toothpick; pour pineapple mixture over cake in pan & allow to cool completely. Mix pudding mix & milk, allow to thicken. Spread pudding over cooled pineapple mixture on cake & refrigerate 15-20 minutes. Spread with whipped topping & sprinkle with coconut & nuts. Refrigerate overnight before serving.
