Pudding Ice Cream
1-1/2 C. cold milk
1 (4serving size) package chocolate or vanilla flavor instant pudding
1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping, thawed
Pour the milk into a large bowl. add the pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk 1 minute. Genly fold in whipped topping.
Freeze 6 hours or overnight till firm. Let stand in frig or at room temperature until ice cream can be easily scooped. Store leftover in the freezer. Yield: eight 1/2 cup servings
Low Fat Variation: Use fat free skim milk, sugar free pudding, and fat free whipped topping!
