Marshmallow Pumpkin Pie


1 c. pumpkin
1 (10 oz.) pkg. marshmallows
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

Put 1 heaping cup of pumpkin in double boiler. Put marshmallows on top. Add salt, heaping tablespoon butter and 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice. Melt marshmallows. Stir occasionally. When melted pour into a baked 9-inch pie shell. Cool. Serve with whipped cream. This can be done in a microwave.
