Pumpkin Soup
1 medium pumpkin
1 c. flour
1/2 egg
3/4 qt. milk
Clean pumpkin and cut into small pieces into pot. Boil until soft. Mix flour and
egg in bowl until a thick hard dough. Grate dough onto clean cloth. Beat pumpkin
in pot while boiling until creamy. Add milk to pumpkin. When second boil begins,
add grated dough to soup and stir. When it begins to boil again, shut off and
serve. Serve hot or cold.
