Prattsburg School's Apple Crisp
(1968)
1/3 c. rolled oats
1 1/4 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. flour
2/3 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
2 tsp. lemon juice
3 tsp. water
Pare and slice apples into a square greased pan (3/4 full). Add lemon juice and
water over apples. Mix together dry ingredients, cut in butter. Sprinkle over
apples. Bake at 350 degrees until apples are tender, approximately 30 minutes.
