Bridget's School Fudge
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
4 c. (1 box) sifted confectioners sugar
3 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Stir cream cheese until soft and creamy. Blend in confectioner’s sugar. Melt
and add chocolate; mix well. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour into
greased pan; chill until firm.
