After-School Candy Treat


(Easy To Make And Nourishing)

1 c. all-bran cereal
3/4 c. crunchy peanut butter
1 c. raisins (or chopped dates instead)
1/4 c. honey

Mix cereal, peanut butter, raisins or dates and honey into medium bowl. Roll between palms of hands into 1-inch balls. Store, covered, on plate in refrigerator. You could roll the balls in shredded coconut immediately after rolling into balls before refrigerating. You could also double the recipe.
