Deep Dish Peach Pie
5 c. sliced peaches (8)
3 Tbsp. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. margarine
1 (8 oz.) pkg. ready-to-bake
refrigerated sugar cookie

Slice peaches into mixing bowl; set aside. In small
bowl, combine flour, sugar and cinnamon; mix well. Pour over
peaches and toss to mix. Pour peaches into 10 x 2-inch deep
pie plate. Cut margarine into small pieces over peaches.
Slice cookie dough in 1/4-inch pieces and arrange in overlap-
ping circles on top of peaches. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool
and serve with ice cream, if desired. Serves 8.
