Double-Chocolate Blondie Bars


1 pkg (14.4 oz.) graham crackers
2 cans (14 oz. each) sweetened condensed milk
1 C. semisweet chocolate chips
1 C. white chocolate chips
3/4 C. chopped walnuts

Preheat oven to 375°. Line a 9" square baking pan with enough foil to overhang sides by 2"; coat with cooking spray.

In a food processor or blender process graham crackers in batches until finely ground. In a bowl, stir together crumbs, condensed milk, 1/2 C. semisweet chips, 1/2 C. white chips and 1/2 C. walnuts. Spread in pan, bake until set, about 25 minutes. Turn off oven; let blondies stand in oven with door closed for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining chips and nuts; let stand in oven with door closed another 15 minutes. Remove from oven; cool completely on rack.

Use foil to lift bars out of pan, cut into bars. Yield: approximately 24 bars.
