Orange Sherbet Salad


2 packages (3 oz. each) orange gelatin
2 C. boiling water
1 pint orange sherbet
1 can (16 oz.) frozen orange juice, thawed
1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add orange sherbet & juice. Stir in mandarin oranges. Pour into a mold & chill till set. Unmold onto a serving platter.
