Yummy Slushy Punch
My Mother made this for my High School Graduation party- it was perfect for a hot afternoon!


6 C. water

3 C. sugar

Boil these for 6 minutes, cool.

 

1 (12 oz.) frozen orange juice

1 o.j. can water

1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice

5 ripe bananas

2 large bottles ginger ale

Light rum, or vodka (optional)

In blender or food processor, blend bananas & 1 C. pineapple juice. In a large container- mix bananas, o.j., water& pineapple juice together, add ginger ale & liquor (if desired- can add up to a fifth). Freeze. Lay out one hour before serving, serve slushy. If liquor is added, it should stay pretty slushy in the freezer.
