Fudgy Brownie Pie
(lower fat & calorie!!)


3 egg whites
1 package (15.9 oz.) fudge brownie mix
1/3 C. fat-free sour cream
1 package (6 oz.) reduced-fat graham cracker pie crust
1/3 C. light hot fudge sundae topping
Low-fat vanilla frozen yogurt
Additional sundae topping

At high speed with an electric mixer, beat egg whites until stiff.
Stir together brownie mix, sour cream & 1/4 C. water; fold in egg whites. Pour into pie crust. Bake at 350° for 40-45 minutes, or until pick comes out clean. Cool. Spread with topping. Serve topped with frozen yogurt & drizzled with topping, if desired.
