Blueberry Freeze

1 oz. vodka
1/4 oz. Wildberry Schnapps
1 oz. cream of coconut
2 oz. blueberries
1 -1/2 oz. crushed pineapple
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
8 oz. crushed ice
1 T. whipped cream (garnish)

Blend ingredients thoroughly and pour into a specialty glass. Top with whipped cream and garnish with a teaspoon of blueberries.
