Sun Ball
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 Tbsp. white wine
1 c. pitted olives, chopped
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 Tbsp. parsley
1/3 to 1/2 c. sunflower nuts
Beat cream cheese with mustard, garlic powder and wine until smooth. Beat in
olives, Cheddar cheese and parsley. Form into ball and wrap in wax paper. Chill,
then roll in sunflower nuts. Serve with crackers.
