BBQ Beef Brisket
Prepare 3 1/2 to 4 pound beef brisket. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, onion
powder, garlic powder and lightly sprinkle with Worcestershire sauce or teriyaki
sauce. Slow roast!!! In
a 250 degrees to 275 degrees oven for 4 to 6 hours. Bake in shallow pan lined
with foil (close loosely around meat to catch the juices, leave top open for
browning).
Barbecue: Chill cooked meat, remove all visible fat and cube, dice or cut finely (your choice). Add to meat juices and 1/2 to 1 bottle of barbecue sauce (I prefer Hunt's All Natural). Simmer 30 to 45 minutes until tender and well blended.
