Chocolate Pudding Mix

4 c. nonfat dry milk
2- 2/3 c. sugar
1- 1/3 c. cornstarch
1 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix well. Store in tightly covered jar at room temperature. Stir before each use. Makes about 7 cups.

To Use:
1 c. pudding mix
2 c. water or milk
1 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Mix together, pudding mix and water. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly; boil 1 minute. Add butter and vanilla. Chill.
