Frozen Pumpkin Ice Cream Pie

1 c. canned pumpkin
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 qt. softened vanilla ice cream

Mix pumpkin, sugar, spices together until the sugar is dissolved. Add softened ice cream. Mix thoroughly. Pour mixture into baked pie shell. Place Halloween cookie in the center and wrap in aluminum foil and freeze.
