Shepherd's Pie


2 lbs ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 14-oz cans of cream-style sweet corn
1 14-oz can of kernel corn
8-10 potatoes, peeled
¾ cup sour cream
¼ cup butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Garlic powder to taste
Paprika

Peel and quarter the potatoes, then boil until cooked (about 45 minutes).
Brown ground beef with the chopped onion. Drain excess liquid once browned.
Drain potatoes and mash with the butter, sour cream, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Put the ground beef and onion in a 13-inch-by-9-inch pan. Layer the corn mixture on top of the ground beef and the potatoes on the corn. Sprinkle paprika on top.
Bake in a 350-degree oven until bubbly (about 20-30 minutes). Broil until the top is slightly browned.
