Christmas Salad


1 box cherry or strawberry Jell-O
1 jar baby food apricots and applesauce
1 box lemon Jell-O
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 box lime Jell-O
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple

Dissolve the cherry or strawberry Jell-O with one cup hot water and 1/2 cup cold water. Add the apricots and applesauce and let congeal.
Dissolve the lemon Jell-O with 1-1/2 cups hot water and softened cream cheese. Let cool and pour on first layer of Jell-O mixture and let congeal.
Dissolve the lime Jell-O with 1 cup hot water and add the pineapple. The juice will take place of cold water. Let cool and add to first two layers. Let congeal.
Use a clear bowl; makes a colorful Christmas salad for 6 or 8.
